LittleStar Field of Practice

What the Field Is

LittleStar Field of Practice trains facilitators who can meet altered states, emotional intensity, and trauma responses with steadiness and ethical clarity.

The Field was created in response to a gap in many modern healing spaces: the need for practitioners who are calm, regulated, and capable of holding complexity without performance or authority dynamics.

Training emphasises:

  • nervous-system awareness

  • relational competence

  • trauma-aware facilitation

  • ethical responsibility

The Philosophy

Rather than focusing on technique alone, the training develops the practitioner’s presence and discernment.

Facilitators learn to hold space without imposing interpretation, respecting the autonomy of the client’s inner world.

Authority is understood as relational and functional — not hierarchical.

What Students Learn

Students develop:

  • trance facilitation skills

  • emotional regulation awareness

  • ethical facilitation boundaries

  • sensitivity to symbolic and imaginal processes

Learning occurs through experiential practice as well as formal instruction.

Who This Training Is For

The training is designed for people who:

  • value integrity over performance

  • are willing to develop self-regulation

  • want to support emotional healing responsibly

It is not intended for those seeking fast-track certification or spiritual authority roles.

Code of Ethics

The training is guided by a clear ethical framework centred on:

  • client sovereignty

  • trauma-aware pacing

  • informed consent

  • confidentiality

  • facilitator accountability
